ABOUT AJ ZUNIGA

Getting settled well in a foreign country is a challenge that can burden one family through generations. It took my family three generations to get accustomed to the way finances work in America and embrace it as a tool for creating generational wealth. My family came to America from Chile in the \'70s, after my grandfather got a job in the mines and was able to afford a relocation for his entire family. My dad was in grade school at the time and his parents, my grandparents, were struggling to provide this bright future of opportunities for my dad and aunt. My father\'s stroke of good fortune was a good friend from college; a whiz with finance who later worked on Wall Street. This friend taught my father and me a lot about finance and different investment strategies. My father\'s friend, Chuck, carved a path in my mind that I still follow today. I\'m the first generation that is embracing finance as a tool to better our future. Coming from years of hardship an immigrant family endured on their road to financial freedom, I understand the struggles many families like mine still face today. I want to use my knowledge of finances to help other families skip those steps my family was struggling with and tackle financial dilemmas the proper way. Let\'s join forces to accomplish something in this generation so that the next generation can be better prepared to chase their own dreams and achievements. We\'ll talk about how the financial system works in the United States and ways to play it to your benefit.
