I am responsible for coordinating and managing their Applied and Advanced Technologies within their Arts and Entertainment sector that services over 1600 patrons every week. I am the single voice of customer in facilitating a feedback loop to integrate enhancements to our ongoing technological solutions. I also provide IT support to the backstage programs and manage multi-level organization that oversees staff members and clerks. In addition, I provide training to staff and clients, diagnose and troubleshoot any software and network issues as needed. Responsibilities: • Communicate with internal and external partners with regards to all the activities with Development, Testing and Support team during the entire SDLC process. • Monitored progress of deliverables including the Detailed System Specifications (DSS), User Interface Specifications (UIS), Data Dictionary, Business Functions List and the Logical and Physical Data Models for the technology group. • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical specifications were implemented in a continuous integration and continuous delivery (CICD). • Execute SQL queries using SQL Developer to conduct data analysis and ensure that technical requirements are met with appropriate extracts. • Approve user stories by heavily conducting smoke testing on implemented work prior to every release. • Restructured and streamlined processes between requirement and development team avoiding miscommunication and disputes to meet project goals. • Identified upstream/downstream dependencies and resolved them by coordinating with the internal/external teams. • Liaised between business subject matter experts and technologists throughout the project lifecycle leading agile team. • Involved in DevOps process to ensure the correctly prioritized requirements are deployed in the appropriate release. • Participate in system integration testing (SIT) phase before code is deployed to UAT for end user.
