Aspiring Human Resources Professional. I have over two years of experience working in a large unionized environment with a Collective Bargaining Agreement. As well as four years of previous experience as a Bargaining Unit Employee, within the same company. Now working in the People Experience department, Employee Relations, Labour Relations, Wellness Promotion, Attendance Management and Recruitment are my main areas of focus; while I am most interested in Labour Relations. Graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria, specializing in Mental Health & Well-Being. Currently pursuing Simon Fraser University’s, Human Resources Management Certificate Program. Expected completion in the Summer of 2027; while meeting all requirements of the CPHR designation.
