Job Roles & Responsibilities – Senior Operations ExecutiveInterview & Training Expertise: Conduct candidate interview training sessions, including mock interviews, mock calls, and communication enhancement workshops, ensuring candidates are well-prepared for client/vendor interactions.Candidate Onboarding & Support: Guide candidates throughout the onboarding process, from profile validation to ensuring all required documents are in place for smooth deployment.Background Verification: Handle end-to-end background verification processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of employment, educational, and reference checks.Operational Excellence: Manage and streamline day-to-day operational activities, ensuring timelines are met for candidate submissions, documentation, and coordination with recruitment teams.HR Coordination: Collaborate with HR teams to support employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance processes, while acting as a bridge between management and candidates.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain a structured record of candidates’ documents, verification reports, and compliance checks to ensure audit readiness.Candidate Support & Mentoring: Provide career guidance, coaching, and interview strategies to candidates, helping them build confidence and increase placement success rates.Stakeholder Management: Coordinate effectively with recruiters, vendors, and clients to align candidate readiness with business requirements.Process Improvement: Identify gaps in training and operational workflows, suggesting strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and candidate success.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain regular reports on candidate progress, training effectiveness, and background verification status for management review.
