By prioritizing board development, I ensure that the organization benefits from a wealth of experience and strategic guidance, driving forward initiatives that make a real difference.I commit to nurturing staff leadership, empowering team members to grow and excel in their roles, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. As a creator of a multi dimensional leadership program developed for part time and full time staff, our teams thrive with prioritization on growth through innovation. Fundraising is a cornerstone of my approach, securing the resources needed to sustain and expand the mission through innovative strategies. With experience raising over $30M in capital and $2M annual, our teams have raised the profile of impact in our communities.
