My name is AJ DiBenedetto and I am a determined and hard-working junior at Syracuse University, pursuing a major in Psychology and a minor in Sports Management. I am fascinated by the intersection of human behavior and the sports industry, and I am driven to build a career that leverages my understanding of what motivates athletes, fans, and communities. My professional experiences have allowed me to explore this passion from multiple angles. As a Broadcaster for the Saugerties Stallions, I honed my public speaking and communication skills while dedicating myself to delivering engaging live commentary. This role, combined with my current Athletic Marketing Internship at Strike Network, is providing me with a comprehensive view of the sports media and marketing landscape.Beyond my sports-specific roles, I have developed strong leadership and interpersonal skills. As a Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University, I was chosen to lead students, reinforcing my ability to guide and support a team. My time as a Customer Service Specialist taught me how to effectively communicate and problem-solve in a fast-paced professional environment. I am known for my strong work ethic and my ability to adapt and excel in any role I take on.
