I\'ve worked on both sides of claims management for Auto and Workers Comp as both a strategic partner and a client. That experience has helped me better understand clients’ needs and how to help them better manage the claims process.What I bring to the table is my industry knowledge and experience. I make sure when clients ask for specific services, we have a complete understanding of what they want. My role is to help them navigate what their needs are, and then give them the tools to accomplish it. With my experience on the client side, I know what they\'re looking for, what they need to do, and what we need to do to get there. Our goal is to do what\'s best for our clients- and how they can best serve their injured parties. We have the ability to customize what our clients require to meet the needs of their customers. Some companies have an all-or-nothing approach – you must use all their services to work with them. While we are a national company that offers a wide range of excellent services, we do not dictate to our clients they must use all of them.
