As a unit clerk I assist with tasks around the unit to ensure workflow and carry out positive guest interactions-Performed receptionist tasks such as answering the phone in a timely and professional manner-Managed patient records manually and electronically-Coordinated patient transportation for transfers, admissions, and discharges-Maintained medical supplies inventory -Manage and requested patient equipment -Address patient questions and concerns to help improve care satisfaction -Actively used pager system to report emergency and routine situations
