ABOUT AIYONNA HOLLAND-GIVENS

I am a Corporate Giving Intern at Union Pacific Railroad, where I collaborate with the Corporate Relations team to support the company\'s philanthropic initiatives and social impact. I assist with grant administration, data analysis, and Microsoft suite applications, leveraging my skills in project management, which I have certified through LinkedIn courses. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, expected to graduate in August 2024. I have gained sales experience and knowledge through the AWD Wholesaler Development Program and internships at UKG and Pacific Life, where I delivered presentations, problem-solved with other interns, and developed solutions for the sales enablement team. My goal is to pursue a career in sales or supply chain, where I can help customers and organizations achieve their objectives and create value. I am motivated by my passion for learning, innovation, and diversity, and I aspire to be a leader and an inspiration for young women who strive to break into industries that tend to lack diversity.
