This is essential not only to their traditional operational support services (OSS), but also to newer digital services that they are creating, which are more cloud-based and dynamic than traditional telco services. I work on projects in which Red Hat\'s OpenShift and middleware technologies provide an open fabric upon which multiple vendors can plug in their AI algorithms, video processing, network processing, industrial operations and sensor networks to create a seamless whole delivered as a service.
