As a Recruitment Specialist at Position 1 Recruitment, my responsibilities encompass a range of key activities- Conducting Sales Calls: Engaging with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and promote our services-Client Visits: Meeting with clients to build relationships, assess their requirements, and provide tailored recruitment solutions- Cold Calling: Proactively reaching out to potential candidates and clients to expand our network and uncover new opportunities- CRM Management: Keeping the CRM system updated with accurate candidate and client information to ensure seamless communication and efficient recruitment processes- Job Board Management: Posting and managing job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent and fill vacancies effectively.These duties are crucial for maintaining an efficient recruitment process and ensuring the best outcomes for both our clients and candidates.
