Lead high-profile guest logistics and VIP relations across Hollywood Park properties, including concerts, NFL games, and large-scale live events. Oversee a specialist and 25+ part-time staff in delivering secure, seamless, and premium experiences for artists, celebrities, executives, dignitaries, and ownership guests-Direct all VIP logistics: secured parking, backstage access, suite/ownership movements, ADA accommodations, and golf cart transport- Serve as lead artist & industry relations liaison with artist management, promoters, NFL team operations, tour security, and federal/state agencies, including Secret Service- Conduct venue walkthroughs with event security and production to design secure path-of-travel and contingency planning for high profiles- Support NFL game-day operations, coordinating performer logistics and high-profile guest movements with Rams and Chargers team operations- Manage YouTube Theater backstage and credentialing operations, including guest lists, promoter/client coordination, and VIP hospitality- Oversee YouTube Theater “Tack Room” VIP industry hospitality space, ensuring alignment with promoter, artist, and venue expectations- Recruit, train, and supervise Artist Relations staff, instilling best practices in discretion, service standards, and high-security protocols.
