I’m a Master’s student in Human Resources and Labor Relations at Michigan State University with a passion for building workplaces where people thrive. I recently earned my SHRM-CP certification and bring a strong academic foundation in HR management and marketing, combined with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and customer engagement. Currently, I serve as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Gordon Food Service, where I support full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, apply data-driven strategies to reduce turnover, and help strengthen candidate pipelines across multiple locations. My professional background also includes award-winning performance in customer-facing roles at Chase and T-Mobile, where I consistently exceeded goals and ranked among the top performers nationwide. I’m driven by the challenge of connecting the right people to the right opportunities, improving organizational efficiency, and creating solutions that balance business needs with employee well-being. As I continue my graduate studies, I’m eager to take on opportunities where I can leverage my skills to make a measurable impact on teams and organizations.
