About Aislinn Warlick

I’m someone who likes to understand how exciting experiences are built, from the first idea to the moment an audience interacts with it. I pay attention to what makes something feel organized, intentional, and engaging rather than chaotic or forgettable. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Arts and Entertainment Management and Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications as a double major at Pace University. On campus, I serve as President of Pace Music Group, where I help lead programming, coordinate teams, and support artist-focused events. I’m also the Art Director on Pace University’s Brand Marketing Team, contributing visual direction and creative assets that support our advertising campaigns. Beyond campus, I work and support live events, including music and community-based experiences such as the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market. These roles have given me hands-on experience with event operations, coordination, and guest experience, as well as an understanding of how much planning happens behind the scenes to make events run smoothly. Creatively, I work across both digital and physical mediums, including collage, painting, watercolor, and digital design. I bring this creative perspective into professional environments while staying organized, reliable, and focused on execution. My career goal is to work in concert or artist marketing, where I can combine strategy, visuals, and live experiences to support artists and connect them with audiences in meaningful ways, connecting my passions of marketing and live music.
