Hi,Welcome to my page! I am currently a Project Manager with Crown Castle. I am familiar with NSBs, MODs, Fiber, and Power Supply. I am currently working in the Wireless Construction industry as a Project Manager for the T-Mobile OmniBus Project and Hub Rehomes. My last role I was on the Verizon Project out in Denver, Colorado, working on projects for NSBs and MODs. All positions have been remote.For over 5 years, I have worked on projects for T-Mobile, Verizon, AT & T, and Hub Rehomes, merging Sprint over to T-Mobile technology. As the Project Manager, I am responsible for managing multiple projects for T-Mobile in Los Angeles, Southern California, and North of Los Angeles. Ensuring we build a strong relationship with all our vendors, customers, and clients such as AT & T, Verizon, Spectrum, Dish, Comcast, and Charter Communications. I enjoy being a part of building the best technology, nationwide!My daily responsibility is to assist my Program Manager, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators with organizing and controlling project activities through communicating risks, opportunities, and the current state of the project to finish efficiently. We, as a team, adapt to daily project changes so we are able to start the project as smoothly as possible and finish in a timely manner.

   Working on Fiber OMNIBUS project and HUB Rehomes- Translate customer orders into workable projects within CCI PM tools & applications- Understand customer scope of work, goals, project timelines and expected run rates- Drive resource and logistical needs to stay ahead of project requirements- Attend deployment customer meetings as a subject matter expert (SME) for CCI- Ensure Crown Castle and customer systems are maintained with accurate and reportable data- Report project status against commitments and keep customer and stakeholders informed- Ensure accurate and complete files are maintained for projects and appropriate close-out documents are distributed in a timely manner in accordance with corporate and customer standards- Ensure that all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system with complete accuracy- Resolve conflicts and drive issue resolution with customer and all stakeholders- Own financial accountability across all individuals and collection of assigned projects- Manage scope and other work order changes according to contractual practices- Escalate issues through internal lines of business and with customer management hierarchy
