ABOUT AISLINN HANNA

I’m a Senior Research & Insights Manager at Rightmove, working across brand, marketing, product and strategy to make sure we stay in step with what matters to our partners and consumers. I lead a mix of ad hoc and continuous research across both B2C and B2B audiences.Before going in-house, I spent a decade in agency roles, where I honed my research craft and developed a deep appreciation for clear storytelling, curiosity, and bringing behavioural science principles into everyday thinking. I’m always focused on turning insight into something practical and impactful, not just interesting.I’m particularly interested in how tools like AI can support our work as researchers - streamlining some of the busy bits, and leaving more room for thinking, creativity and impact. Used thoughtfully, it can help us deliver sharper, more strategic insight.I care about research that leads to action, not just answers.
