ABOUT AISLING PEBERDY
Driven to succeed in anything I put my mind to. Striving for continued learning opportunities to optimise the care and education I provide to my patients/clients by using evidence based practice to diagnose, treat and rehab them. I have a special interest in motorsport; performance and rehabilitation, from karting, touring cars all the way up to Formula 1; an area I am actively pursuing to further my knowledge and experience in. Currently working towards UKSCA accreditation to expand the scope of my practice into performance coaching. With a background in competing to national and international powerlifting standard, I have a strong understanding of the importance of periodisation and how to adapt to external and environmental pressures to maintain consistent performance gains.
