Hi, I’m a 28-year-old counseling psychologist passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where people can heal and grow. I’m queer-affirmative and trauma-informed, which means I deeply respect and celebrate every individual’s unique journey. My approach to therapy is eclectic, combining different methods to meet each person’s specific needs while always keeping their goals at the center.Life can be overwhelming, and we all face moments where we feel stuck or uncertain. My role isn’t to “fix” anyone but to walk alongside my clients as they rediscover their strengths, process their experiences, and take meaningful steps forward. Whether it’s unpacking past trauma, navigating challenges, or exploring new possibilities, I believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in trust, understanding, and empowerment.I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including children, teens, and adults, across individual and group settings. These experiences have deepened my belief in the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of meeting people where they are. I’m also committed to my own growth as a therapist, with advanced training in trauma therapy and ongoing certification in EMDR.
