ABOUT AISHWARYA SHEPUR

As a Product Specialist at BYJU\'S, I applied my customer success/service and business analytics skills to enhance the learning experience of millions of students. I collaborated with the product development team to provide feedback, insights, and suggestions based on data analysis and user research. I also supported the sales and marketing team to resolve customer queries and issues, and to communicate the product features and benefits effectively. I contributed to the mission of BYJU\'S to make learning fun, engaging, and personalized for every learner. I have over two years of work experience in the software industry, having previously worked as an Associate Software Engineer at JMR Infotech, where I assisted and bridged a gap between development and testing team for software solutions for various clients. I have pursued my MSc Management degree at Leeds Beckett University, where I learnt the fundamentals of business administration and management, which helped in developing my leadership and communication skills. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cambridge Institute of Technology, where I gained a strong foundation in engineering concepts and principles. I am passionate about learning new technologies and skills, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities in the field of business management.
