At PPG Industries, I’ve been part of a global initiative to enhance supply chain visibility and agility. One of the most impactful projects I led was the SCOPE (Supply Chain Optimization and Predictive Execution) initiative. This involved deploying AI-based forecasting models using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and external demand indicators, which improved our forecast accuracy by over 22% and helped the planning team respond to real-time market changes more confidently.I also collaborated with the logistics team to introduce IoT-based shipment tracking integrated via APIs, which cut down stockout events by 19%. Beyond that, I developed Power BI dashboards that track core KPIs like OTIF, fill rate, and demand variance—giving leadership an instant pulse on supply chain performance.Another key contribution was streamlining Scope 3 emissions reporting, which improved our ESG compliance and reporting efficiency. I worked in Agile sprints with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our fulfillment lead times and data transparency.
