Decisive Marketer experienced in impacting business direction and performance with successful leadership strategies, tactical decision making, and forward-thinking approaches. Proven history of improving operations and meeting customer needs. As a highly disciplined and dedicated individual, I love working in a fast-paced environment and excel and stay calm in high-pressure situations. Leadership roles in the past have shaped my ability to adapt quickly, work efficiently, think creatively, work effectively as part of a team or on my own. I have managed events of different scales and worked with teams of multicultural individuals effectively. A graduate from Centre for Management Studies-Jain University (Batch of 2020) with a Bachelor of Business Administration and specialization in marketing. I was a member of the Toastmasters International Club at Jain University. Member of the student council as the Management Coordinator for the academic year 2019-20. As a Marketing and Business Development Professional, I try and understand what it takes to meet the needs of various audiences and use feedback to conduct market research and develop effective campaigns. I have a passion for Social media because it\'s an effective tool for connecting people with different backgrounds. As an individual, I look forward to investing my time and skills and be inspired to be a part of an organisation that works towards making a change in this world in the slightest or global manner possible.
