Lead daily production planning across AMPS, Projects, Procurement, CSS, cell planners, and packaging teams.• Partner with Operations Leaders to execute and enhance Core Manufacturing Operations systems and strategies.• Develop and execute production schedules aligned with customer demand and project deadlines.• Align demand and supply to minimize backorders while optimizing inventory levels and service levels. • Drive AMPS revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction through consistent on-time delivery (OTD) performance.• Ensure timely availability of materials through proactive coordination with the Purchasing team; expedite as needed to prevent production delays & maintain accurate inventory levels for both parts and finished goods, aligned with sales forecasts and demand planning strategies.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize production tasks and deliver required SKUs, work instructions, electrical drawings, and component labels to support efficient testing and configuration.• Facilitate daily production meetings, monitor production loads, and coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize resource allocation.• Oversee the full lifecycle of AMPS production orders—from creation to closure—to ensure workflow efficiency and schedule adherence.• Monitor vendor production schedules and capacity to proactively identify risks, address delivery constraints, and mitigate over-capacity scenarios.• Uphold rigorous quality and safety standards by enforcing strict compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
