About Aishwarya Trivedi

I have graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas with a masters in information technology and management (May 2023). I have completed the courses : Foundations of Product Management, Supply Chain Management with SAP and Database Foundations for Business Analytics. Prior to UT Dallas, I have worked as a SAP technical architect for 3 years in SAP labs where I was responsible for the complete life cycle management (planning, production, and operations) of development landscapes for SAP S/4HANA Product. I was responsible for driving and executing all required activities based on an end-to-end approach and facilitated all functions from development engagement to design, production, and service of S/4HANA landscape. I have also worked in Accenture prior to SAP where I had the role of SAP Technical Consultant and worked on day-to-day activities related to Fiori and ERP. I have successfully migrated an existing SAP ERP system to SAP S/4HANA.I distinguished myself early by bagging the first position in SAP training while working at Accenture. In my recent internship I was involved in planning services and workshops, allocating the best resources to protect a customer\'s project, and carrying out technical integration and feasibility checks are all tasks that fall within the purview of a technical program manager. Further, we have been assisting clients in navigating key issues like using cloud solutions, adopting SAP Cloud Platform, and converting and migrating SAP S/4HANA software. I had the opportunity to travel for a client visit and meet one of the customers. I was able to grasp that the client visits are crucial for me to learn about the customer\'s perceived value, requirements and to demonstrate SAP\'s technical solutions which may contribute to meeting those needs. My skill sets include SAP, Analytics, SQL, architecture, customer experience, demand generation, Product management, Project Management, Technical Account management, delivery management strategic partnerships, teamwork and agile software development. I have completed my summer internship with RingCentral as a Product Manager intern and I am working with SAP America as a Technical Program Manager intern. I am currently working as a Client Delivery Manager with Sap America.
