Key Responsibilities:• Administer and coordinate payrolls across multiple legal entities in accordance with operating procedures and deadlines, ensuring that all payrolls are processed efficiently, effectively, accurately, and employees are paid timely based on specified deadlines. • Accurately process payments outside of the regular payroll cycle for specialized payouts (ex. Pension, Retirement, Executive Deferred Comp, Stock Exercises, Severance, etc.). • Review, analyse, verify, and reconcile payroll reports and documents for accuracy, making any necessary adjustments or corrections. • Perform reconciliation of payroll reports and general ledger accounts (Payroll, Escheat, 401k, etc.). • Document and coordinate configuration and testing/validating processes for payroll company policy implementations and system upgrades.
