Developed PySpark ingestion pipelines to transform unstructured pathology reports into structured datasets; applied automated DQ testing, stored outputs in Iceberg format for schema evolution, and optimized storage via compaction and partition pruning.• Engineered a HIPAA-compliant Azure PySpark pipeline for patient growth metrics, using containerized workloads, executor auto-scaling, and column-level masking; delivered Parquet outputs with tuned Spark performance for large-scale longitudinal data.
