As a Trainee Counselor currently interning at Mindscape Center for Counselling and Psychological Well-being, I am providing supervised individual and group therapy sessions, pro bono sessions, which includes screening, intakes, and psychological assessments. I support case formulation, treatment planning, and clinical documentation in line with the ethical and professional standards. I am also actively facilitating psychoeducational sessions mental health workshops focused on promoting emotional well-being and strengthening coping skills, while working closely with my supervisor to deliver client-centered, high-quality psychological care.
