I’m Aishwarya Pradhan — a curious creator, curator, community builder, and emerging business strategist with a passion for storytelling, brand building and creating impactful marketing campaigns.Currently pursuing my MBA in Marketing & Business Analytics at Universal AI University, I serve as the Deputy CEO of ExCoLearn Pvt Ltd, where I lead high-impact student initiatives, experiential events, and leadership development programs. I also head digital marketing for the Entrepreneurship Development Cell as well as actively contribute to university branding, campaigns, and student engagement strategies.Professionally, I’ve interned with PVH Corp, working with global fashion brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, where I gained hands-on experience in customer relationship management, store operations, and high-end retail branding. My experience also spans live consulting at Arena Fincorp through the CMAPS Program, content and brand-building through heartfelt initiatives like Employee Echoes, Zindagi Ek Rangmanch, University Podcast & Radio, and Sandwich with Dr. Simon. I’ve worked at grassroots with NGOs like Positivity Society for children and elderly causes and Light of Life Trust (LOLT) for rural development initiatives.I’m also an active contributor to SDG 4 – Quality Education, teaching and mentoring children in government schools to promote inclusive and equitable learning.Deeply drawn to the world of luxury branding, public relations, and brand management, I thrive where creativity meets strategy — and where stories have the power to transform brands and lives.What drives me is simple: Telling real stories.
