About Aishwarya Mynampati

I started my journey as a young writer and editor for a newsletter at college with a humongous hunger for learning and networking with business leaders, entrepreneurs, artists, and philanthropists. In the nascent stages of the Digital Marketing Boom, I interned with an all-women digital marketing agency-Ittisa. I had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands and budding start-ups across industries on writing blogs, social media marketing, analytics, SEO, and building websites. From campus, I bagged a placement opportunity at Orient Cement as a Management Trainee. It was rigorous training from plant visits to field visits, meeting engineers, masons, and builders in remote areas of the country which introduced me to the real side of the business, consumers, and life per se. This helped us in building campaigns that made an impact. Catching on to the next big thing, we built the digital marketing function from the ground up and increased our social media presence by 10x. A couple of years later, we had the mandate to establish the internal communications function and build a culture of \"belongingness and becoming \". Within a year, we made a massive leap in terms of digital transformation, people practices and went on to achieve the Great Place to Work Certification. Not once, but thrice in a row. It was time for a new challenge and to push myself out of my comfort zone. My background in Information Technology has always inspired me to stay abreast and dive deeper into cutting-edge and futuristic advancements. Sooner, I landed the opportunity to work with the Cyber Security Centre of Excellence at India\'s Apex Body - DSCI to increase the state\'s cyber security posture. This opened up new avenues of learning and rich experience. We have touched thousands of students, academicians, industry, and Government officials on our path to becoming a future-ready cyber superpower. Our AppSec Hackathon was India\'s biggest Hackathon in the application security space. I had the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across the globe( NETHERLANDS, UK, ISRAEL, ESTONIA, AUSTRALIA, POLAND, FRANCE, US, and CANADA) in a collective effort to increase cyber security capabilities and capacities beyond the borders. I am an active advocate of Health and Wellness. What better time than the pandemic to work in the Healthcare industry? Today, as a business communication partner, I work with the purpose to motivate and drive people every day to make affordable medicines accessible to billions of people around us because #Good Health. Can\'t Wait.
