I am a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) and Law Graduate with hands-on experience in corporate governance, listed entity compliances, and regulatory advisory. I work at the intersection of law, governance, and practicality—ensuring that companies stay compliant not just on paper, but in spirit (and yes, also in SEBI timelines ). My core experience lies in managing end-to-end secretarial and compliance functions, including SEBI (LODR) regulations, PIT framework, stock exchange reporting, board & committee processes, shareholder matters, and NBFC-related RBI compliances. Over the years, I’ve been involved in a wide spectrum of assignments such as company incorporations, mergers & restructuring, FEMA & RBI filings, due diligence, search reports, and regular liaisoning with ROC, RD, and other regulatory authorities—basically everything that keeps the compliance engine running smoothly.
