   Project 1 : Engaged in a project to streamline invoice dispatch workflows by pinpointing regions still dependent on manual dispatch. Investigated country-specific constraints, such as mandatory seals and local language invoices, which limited automation. Coordinated with teams to isolate these exceptions and transitioned feasible cases to the billing team, resulting in a notable decrease in manual processing.Project 2 : Managed the transition of the monthly exchange rate update process from an engineering team vendor to a business operations vendor. Facilitated readiness and training, where the engineering vendor demonstrated the update procedures within the relevant system. This collaborative approach enabled a smooth transition and reduced dependency on engineering resources for ongoing maintenance.Project 3 : Supported the “OSC Runs on Trust” campaign by assisting in drafting key communications such as stay tuned, introduction, recap, and conclusion emails. Helped to choose appropriate templates, and provided ongoing assistance to the team for seamless campaign execution.
