I am a tax M&A lawyer and tax technologist passionate about advancing the digital, social, and equitable infrastructure of global finance and policy. With over 11 years of experience at PwC in tax structuring, fund operations, and regulatory work, I specialize in translating complex tax law into scalable, operational frameworks that drive business growth. I thrive at the intersection of tax, technology, and business strategy, building and scaling new business lines in fast-paced, high-growth environments. My expertise includes architecting systems for the modern tax landscape and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results at speed. From overseeing complex institutional portfolios to pioneering GenAI-powered solutions, I bridge technical engineering, legal stakeholders, and C-suite leadership with a Scrum-based approach that turns legal rigor into operational impact. My technical foundation is rooted in a career-long focus on the evolution of tax policy and law- Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) in Taxation - Ph.D-equivalent terminal degree in law, with doctoral research on the taxation of cloud computing, SaaS, digital nexus, and OECD BEPS frameworks- B.A, LL.B.(Hons.)- JD Equivalent, providing a foundation in legal analysis, statutory interpretation, and advocacy; graduated among the top students in my class and awarded Best Memorial at the National Taxation Moot Court - M.A. in Gender, Sexualities, and Women’s Studies- offering an interdisciplinary lens for work in fiscal policy, gender-responsive budgeting, and data-driven equity frameworks I am eager to collaborate with organizations that value innovation, scalable systems, and a mission-driven approach to global finance and social impact.
