Ash is an execution-focused technology leader with deep experience leading customer-facing pre-sales cloud engineering organizations. She partners with strategic enterprises to turn cloud strategy into measurable business outcomes, while actively championing disruptive leadership in technology.With more than eight+ years at Oracle, Ash has led Cloud Engineering teams supporting strategic and large enterprise customers, helping translate complex cloud and AI strategies into credible architectures and executable paths to value. Her work operates upstream of delivery, shaping solution design, clarifying requirements, and pressure-testing assumptions to ensure strategies are both technically sound and operationally achievable. She specializes in guiding strategic enterprises through complex transformations, including the transition of multi-cloud strategies to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Her leadership spans large-scale, customer-facing engagements that require navigating security, scale, and operational complexity, while maintaining strong executive alignment and momentum through change. Known for her deep customer focus, Ash works closely with customers to resolve ambiguity, unblock critical challenges, and align diverse stakeholders.
