As a HR Recruiter at Juppiter AI Labs, I source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various positions in the fast-growing AI industry. I work with a collaborative and diverse team of HR professionals, and contribute to the company\'s vision of creating innovative and ethical AI solutions. I have successfully filled multiple roles within tight deadlines, and received positive feedback from both candidates and hiring managers. I hold a MBA in Human Resources Management from Nagpur University, where I gained theoretical and practical knowledge of HR functions, such as recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and labor relations. I also completed a diploma in Business Management from Amravati University, and a BSc in Science from the same institution. I have enhanced my soft skills and communication skills through various courses, events, and competitions, and earned certifications from NPTEL. I am a quick learner, a hardworking and self-motivated person with a positive attitude. I am looking for new opportunities to leverage my HR skills and experience, and to learn new things and explore new fields. I am passionate about crafting, learning, and delivering the best service to the organization. I am confident that I can adapt to any challenges and add value to any team.
