Responsible for developing and implementing control software for supervisory controller for heavy duty electric vehicle powertrain using Model Based Design Tools. Analyze and Improve performance and reliability of the vehicles controls algorithm through continuous improvement and Issue analysis. Support Vehicle Commissioning a. Work with Technicians and Service Engineer to troubleshoot any issues faced during vehicle commissioning.b. Work Cross functionally with Vehicle and HiL Validation team to test correct functionality of the control system4. Perform SW Integration, managing software revision database, participate and organize SW-Controls in Peer Reviews.5. Regularly Interact with suppliers and customers 6. Visit customer sites and provide Engineering field support for end of line SW release and testing on production trucks.7. Gaining experience in Vehicle-Charger handshake, charging infrastructures and flexibility of using various chargers (both AC and DC) on a inhouse custom designed SW.
