About Aishwarya Bellam
Leadership. Talent. Behavioural science. My work focuses on how organisations develop leaders, build strong talent pipelines, and create environments where people can perform and thrive. I am an organisational psychologist with experience across industry and academia. I recently completed my PhD in Psychological and Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where my research examined the relationship between personality, performance, and well-being in the workplace, with a particular focus on perfectionism.Professionally, I have worked on initiatives spanning leadership development, talent strategy, and organisational capability building across sectors including luxury hospitality and engineering. I currently work in the Office of the CHRO, supporting strategic priorities related to leadership, talent, and organisational effectiveness.Earlier in my career, I contributed to the development of a leadership framework based on 25+ in-depth interviews with C-suite executives across industries. The insights from this work informed the bestselling book Power of Humility, authored by the then Global CHRO of the Taj Hotels, where I was acknowledged for my contribution.I’m particularly interested in translating behavioural science insights into practical approaches that help organisations strengthen leadership capability, develop talent pipelines, and build resilient cultures.Areas of Interest• Leadership Development• Organisational Effectiveness• Talent Strategy & Succession• Culture, Performance, & Well-being• Behavioural Science in OrganisationsI’m always interested in thoughtful conversations about leadership, talent, and the future of work.
