ABOUT AISHWARY GARGAV

As a branding and growth marketing consultant at the Ministry of External Affairs, India, I am responsible for creating and executing the G20 branding strategy for the country\'s hosting of the summit in 2023. I work with multiple stakeholders, including government officials, media partners, and international agencies, to ensure a consistent and impactful brand image and message across all channels and platforms. I have a PGDM in Marketing and Management from SIES College of Management Studies, where I learned the fundamentals of brand building, digital marketing, and consumer behavior. I also completed professional courses in Brand Management in Digital Age and Brand Building from Kraftshala, where I gained hands-on experience in crafting and launching successful brand campaigns for real clients. Before joining the Ministry of External Affairs, I was a growth marketing manager at mySmilist, a dental care startup, where I led the online and offline marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention. I also have an engineering background, which helps me leverage data and technology to optimize marketing performance and outcomes. I am passionate about creating and delivering value to customers and stakeholders through effective and innovative branding and marketing solutions. I have strong skills in team management, problem solving, and communication, which enable me to collaborate and coordinate with diverse and cross-functional teams. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges, as I believe that \"Life is always a binary choice\".
