In fulfillment, worked with over head count for Microsoft account managing and resource planning. Weekly reports of over 500-800 demands, working with them on day to day basis. I have worked in onboarding & off-boarding of resources, induction and formalities, end-to-end employee management cycle. As part of resource management team we work with third parties on BGV (background check), conducting exit interviews, in charge of pool/bench for business unit I take care of and working with delivery team on billing of resources (client based projects). In a nutshell, I am part of HR Operations team who takes care of resource management and demands fulfillment.
