About Aishvarya Verma
As an Engineering Manager at Turvo, I lead the Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Governance initiatives that enable the company to deliver innovative and scalable solutions for the supply chain industry. I have over 13+ years of experience including 5+ years of team management, focused on software development, data engineering, and cloud technologies. I am passionate about creating and fostering a collaborative and trusting environment for my team, and have managed and grown multiple teams with talented engineers and architects. I have successfully founded and scaled the Data Engineering team and implemented a self-serve BI Analytics and reporting platform, which contributed to 8x growth in new sales and revenue. I have also setup a cloud data lake in AWS S3 and data warehouses in Amazon Redshift and Snowflake, and implemented security and performance enhancements for the core application platform. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices, and to share my knowledge and insights with others.
