ABOUT AISHI MISHRA

As a former speed skater from Kolkata, I proudly represented West Bengal at national championships and India at the prestigious Belgium Flanders Grand Prix, earning accolades like state championship gold medals. Transitioning from sports, I discovered my passion for fashion through modeling at Junior’s Fashion Week at just 16. This early exposure inspired me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Fashion Business at Istituto Marangoni 2021-24, with two years in Mumbai and one in Milan.My professional journey has been enriched by hands-on experiences in retail, merchandising, and event management. During internships in Jaipur and Mumbai, I worked with global brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Nike, and Emporio Armani. From managing store operations to grooming young talents for runway events, I honed my skills in client relations and brand representation.Being a part of the RG Showroom team in Milan previously, a multi-brand showroom with a huge space to host approximately 30 international fashion brands such as Avavav, ERDEM, Blancha, Rowen Rose, Farm Rio, Giuseppe Di Morabito, Vivetta, Canessa, Rosantica and many more. This role allowed me to contribute to the global fashion scene by managing the collections for esteemed multibrand stores as our clients worldwide. I have also contributed in the back-office work for the regions Middle East and Asia for research, email send outs for sales campaign invitations, HR and administration financial calculations on budget for sales campaign for the team going to Paris.Inspired by my mother’s values of independence and self-belief, I embrace challenges with curiosity and enthusiasm.
