I\'m a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE), Orangetheory Coach, CrossFit Coach and wellness professional with a strong foundation in client experience, client success, marketing strategy, and team leadership. After 5+ years of success in marketing, sales, customer success, building high-performing CS teams, supporting enterprise clients and leading email nurture strategy, I transitioned into the fitness industry, driven by a passion for helping people in health, postpartum empowerment, and functional movement.My strength is my empathy. With a deep understanding of human behavior, motivation and performance, I bring a unique perspective to client relationships. I am also excited to continue to coach a small roster of fitness clients, with a focus on helping busy parents and professionals build sustainable, strength-based routines. I am also honored that I get the opportunity to continue to coach at Orangetheory Fitness, as well as CrossFit Elect. I am passionate about helping postpartum mamas rebuild their strength, without sacrificing time from their babies - we workout together!I truly believe people do their best work when they feel supported, seen and empowered.
