Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and use it to provide influence in outsourced provider negotiations and create and sustain long-term strategic relationships. Act as the ongoing liaison point between the outsourced provider and internal teams for resourcing projects.Background Verification Ensure all background verification cases are done as per the process. Co-ordinate with the recruitment team as well as Vendor partners to ensure smooth closure of all background verification, within the assigned TAT. On-Boarding Track and maintain data for Vencons, and ensure procedure post joining. Process all monthly Vencon invoices and track them to closure, ensure all the payments happen on time and maintain receipts for future reference.Portal management Portal management for all locations. Single contact person for all activities related to portals.(Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, ATS System) Responsible for all product updates, payments, licenses and agreements for the portals. Separation Management Managing exit process for VenCon resources. Ensuring & processing the relevant letters to the employees within the TAT. Analysis of all exits cases and presenting the same to business.Employee Relations Employee Query Management, Employee Grievance Handling & Redressal.
