My role as a health care recruitment consultants means that I am accountable for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with clients. In order for me to do this I ensure that I build positive relationships with clients in order to gain a better understanding of their needs and requirements. Likewise with candidates I enjoy conversing with them so I get an understanding and uncover their values, personal aspirations and goals. My role is demanding as well as diverse and it requires me to make serval business calls in order to business develop, marketing this is done via LinkedIn, posting different job roles on various job sites, Facebook etc. I’ve grown my skills in full circle. recruiting, strategic sourcing, business building and candidate management
