Dhanani Private Equity Group (DPEG) is a Houston-based real estate development and private equity firm that provides investment opportunities through various development and acquisition methods. Returns from our portfolio of multifamily, retail shopping centers, office buildings, land, hotels, and convenience stores have ranged between 7.7% and 266.7% annually.
