Specialization in virtual, cross-functional and global project management, driving continuous improvements, developing and executing new standardized business systems and processes, corporate presenting and training, people development, and leading change. Strategic thinker who is highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven with a passion for delivering strong performance and exceeding company objectives.I\'ve been a member of the Sandvik team for 19 years and have a broad background of experience. My journey began as a Solutions Specialist, Gear Milling Technical Specialist, and Solutions Team Leader working in progressively challenging roles supporting customized engineered products from 20••••15. I held the global role of Senior Project Management Specialist from 2016 to 2020. Focus areas included successful management of large and complex global customer projects, along with global process and systems design, development, and implementation.From August 2020 to February 2022 I held the position of Quality Manager for Sales Area Americas. Main responsibilities included assuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards, leading internal and external audits, and maintaining a high focus on Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvements and resolving Corrective Actions.In February 2022 I took on a new challenge, moving from previous internal roles to outside Sales as Channel Manager for the US Central zone with focus on sales performance, marketing collaboration, and continuous improvements leading to enhanced Channel partnerships.My last position at Sandvik Coromant, from Feb. 2023 to April 2025, was Regional Sales Manager - Michigan Region. I led a team of 9 sales professionals with primary focus on providing the best cutting tool and industry solutions, strengthening our position in the market, and growing sales and Coromant’s share of wallet.As I begin a new journey at GWS Tool Group in April 2025 as the Director of Quality, EHS, and Compliance, I\'m excited to lead a new team and build a strong Quality and Safety culture in this growing organization while enhancing my adaptive, influential, coaching, and servant leadership techniques.Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, golfing, and competitive pistol and black powder shooting sports.
