As a Human Resources Representative at Drybar, I support core HR operations including leave management, workers’ compensation, employee data compliance, and loss prevention—all while ensuring the highest level of service and confidentiality for our team. I work closely with internal stakeholders, insurance partners, and broker contacts to maintain a safe and supportive work environment for all employees.Key Responsibilities: • Manage and update employee records using Dayforce HRIS, including compensation, benefits, tax data, and performance documentation • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding leave of absence, workers’ compensation, and safety regulations • Coordinate with managers regarding employee accommodations and injury restrictions • Distribute Workers’ Comp postings and assist with claims management, acting as the primary contact for adjusters • Conduct statistical reporting on LOAs, workplace incidents, and loss trends; recommend actionable improvements • Implement and maintain safety initiatives including IIPP, ergonomic programs, and team safety training • Partner with brokers and internal teams to support claims review, injury tracking, and loss prevention strategies • Respond to employee HR inquiries within 8 hours to maintain excellent internal service • Stay current on legal and industry changes affecting leaves, safety, and compliance • Actively participate in team trainings, events, and continuous improvement initiatives • Support and align with company values, mission, and goals through collaborative HR practices
