As an Internal Account Manager I am the commercial point of contact for all clients. My role involves me selling to customers across EMEA via phone, e-mail and face to face communication. Extensive customer knowledge and appropriate sales skills are used to promote and sell the companies’ services to achieve or exceed the sales targets. I achieve quarterly and annual targets; combined with strategic planning which is key to the success of this role as well as identifying the customer’s needs/goals/challenges and providing solutions through active listening, skillful questioning and positioning of the company’s services.
