   As the primary liaison between stakeholders (Intake, Eligibility, Fulfillment, and Disbursement) for AstraZeneca Patient Savings Programs and the Scrum Teams, my responsibilities include translating features into user stories within the team\'s backlog. I manage, rank, and prioritize this backlog to ensure it reflects stakeholder requirements and priorities effectively.In supporting brand launches, I evaluate the impact on current business processes from a system perspective, ensuring system features are ready to support new products. Additionally, I support program changes with system changes, incorporating processes for changing scenarios.I hold final signoff and acceptance responsibility for user stories, features, and backlog items. Working closely with the business, I coordinate the ranking and prioritization of business needs, planning solutions to ensure each release provides value to end-users, sales, and marketing.Partnering with key stakeholders, I ensure solutions are relevant, meaningful, and improve SLAs. I manage the solution concept development process to ensure the product team understands the direction and vision.Throughout the SDLC lifecycle, I create and maintain backlog ownership of the business area. I supervise sprint-to-sprint UAT activities for Access 360 team members, including various teams such as Affordability, Reimbursement, and Intake.Furthermore, I provide process improvement suggestions, GAP analysis, onboarding, training, productivity/quality monitoring, coaching, and performance reviews. Additionally, I offer subject matter expertise to address complex coverage and reimbursement escalations and support the implementation of new capabilities, program enhancements, and collateral for the Access 360 program.
