Designing and Implementing a DevSecOps Transformation at Portfolio and application level, creating CI/CD pipelines, Agile Coaching of the teams to improve processes and the leadership to have an agile mindset creating a culture of experimentation.I have recently been looking into how my transformation activities can better support business transformation rather than pure IT transformations this has led me to look more at product management and portfolio transformations where I have had to improve my stakeholder management skills.Created an SRE practice to improve site/app reliability & increase the adoption of automation, Site reliability score for all critical app’s went from Level 2: Developing to Level 3: DefinedCo-Created Value streams to identify improvement opportunitiesImplemented LPM to improve the alignment and focus to ensure all initiatives/projects were aligned to business vision and strategy reallocated 40% of the budget and reduced the overall budget by £3m.Implemented Cloud & DevSecOps transformation, migrated 725 app from on prem to Azure, implemented threat modelling, did a POC for automated deployment to create build and deploy patterns implemented on 20 apps.Conducted a survey to create an app improvement/investment roadmap aligned to the business vision and strategy used OKR’s to track the progress, reduced OpEx Spend by 12% and CapEx by 23%.Created an Agile CoE, training academy and Chapters of learning (Security, Product, Scrum/Agile, Java, DotNet, DevOps) reduced the attrition rate by 7%, Improved Security Coverage by 7%, and helped to upskill 25% of the developers to the next maturity level in their skill.
