Manage Land Development and Forward Planning Department for land development projects by facilitating the government entitlement process, plan approval (permit-to-construction). Manage and prepare feasibility analyses for land acquisition of each project to ensure that proposed development fits with overall business plan. Manage due diligence process including maintaining accurate costs ensuring projects are profitable. Formulate budget for each project and modify to ensure that funding and financials specific to the project are detailed. Prepare and present regular project status to executive staff and all other departments involved. Manage consultants to establish project budgets and timelines, ensuring that project needs are met and exceed standard milestones in the development process. Manage processes and team to ensure consistent and timely communication in land development process with all parties involved. Review invoices and costs to project to ensure consisting with budget. Maintain positive relationships with management, consultants, city and county agencies.
