As the Global Film Tour & Merchandising Manager at Matchstick Productions (MSP), I am responsible for managing the complex process that turns our ski films into large-scale, high-value consumer experiences. I work collaboratively within our small team to execute the following programs:Global Film Tour Management: I directly oversee the execution and delivery of our 200+ location film tour. This includes managing complex logistics and ensuring every event provides a seamless, high-energy experience for the audience.Merchandise & Product Development: I manage the complete product lifecycle, from creative concepting and design collaboration (with artists and brands) through development, production, supply chain logistics, and inventory management.Partnership Development & Sales: I manage all local, tour-specific partnerships and collaborations, including securing and maintaining our relationships with non-profit organizations. My focus is leading the successful execution of all on-site sponsor activations.
